Payed for a ticket i have also a insurance but i was not allowed to check in

Dear, I bought a ticket on 06-27-2021 for my mom to go visit her familly in Libanon the amount was 530,72 for a roundtrip flight. On the date to fly, my mom went to the airport Schiphol to check in but unfortunately she couldn't Check in the reason of that was that the amount wasn't received by Opodo. Opodo first told me that Adyen still got the amount so i called Adyen and they told me thats not possible and they send there proof, i also send it to Opopdo to proof them that did not do anything wrong, in this case nobody did somthing wrong butt somthing gone wrong, on the 07-21-2021 my mom payd a ticket for the same flight only to go, Please contact me to solve this problem i am a hard working guy so this amount needs to be Kind regards Halim
