Pay per day to avoid such problems in long stays in case of a cancellation

Good morning, my problem is pending since I don't get any response from the hotel manager (Sleep Inn) of Hermosillo Sonora. Mexico, is pending the return of a cancellation for 3 months, I called and went to the hotel to see the manager directly on several occasions and they deny me saying he is out of town or has already left. I require an ASAP response for the return of the outstanding money (MXN 10,220.00) approximately USD 530
