Quest offers patient assistance for those who are low income with no insurance. I applied for assistance for my boyfriend but I keep getting the bill back in the mail. I sent EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT that was asked for not once but TWICE. All I keep getting are requests via mail asking for the same documents I've already sent in not to mention RUDENESS.
