Pathetic service and account not in use payment went through few weeks later now dey charging me in credit beaurea for something dey have not updated

I have an account with avon so I account was due in May and paid in June dey also give u 21 days so it should be June now in June after payment goes through I owe them ntn paid interest as well for delay payment account shows no balance they regional manager calls to inform me if I do not put order the account will close so I told her I'm busy at work it's okay they can close it account is up to date she did not say anything about credit beareau in August my leader receives a sms I'm owing the credit beareau 166 rand on my account I really don't think this is professional neither fair to the consumer as I was never contacted telephonic ally to advice of what has been happening. I will now be going to open a charge against avon for violating my rights as a consumer. Also informing only in August for an account dat was paid up in June, this is now in violation of the consumer protection act and I will be addressing this further
