I will NOT wait twenty minutes on hold listening to the same loop of how good this company is! It’s NOT! They overcharge, avoid discussing and explaining and my guess is getting overpayment returned will take weeks and a lot of jumping through hoops. No way to contact them other than calling or snail mail......what, they don’t have email?? I will live with pain before I use them again.
