I'm disappointed with my experience. I found a coupon online for one day free so I called the number to get more information about the fees. I was told it was 16$ a day and with my coupon I got one free day since I was parking 3 days. I asked if there were any other charges and they said no. I did the math and I'm looking at about 32$ since I parked 3 days and one was free. We parked on a Thursday morning to fly out and then returned on a Sunday, 3 days. It was raining heavy this Sunday when we were picked up from the airport and dropped off at the parking structure. The driver was in a hurry to get everyone off and head out again. We left our parking pad on the seat of the shuttle so I went in to tell the front desk and he told me that it's my responsibility and I would have to pay for a lost ticket. I explained that it was on the seat of the shuttle and he can call with his walkie talkie sitting next to him to find out. He again told me it was my responsibility and I had to pay 15$ for the lost ticket. Frustrated and feeling not understood , I had no other choice but to pay. My total came to 75$. I was shocked since when I called it was 32$ then 15$ for the lost ticket. I asked him to break it down so I knew where the extra 28$ is from. He told me 11% fees for each day. He told me even though I got a free day that I was still charged the fees for that day. He also charged me for 4 days. I told him that I called and they didn't tell me about these fees when I asked. Again I was told that it's my responsibility. The customer service was terrible, there are hidden fees, and no willingness to go out of their way to help customers.
