Parcel not delivered. No feedback from them.

My parcel left the UK and was not delivered, even after my friend paid the taxes in Rome. My reference is P2G9182****. It was only a box of baby clothes for a newborn baby. I have tried to call them but the telephone number doesnt work! I have tried emails doesnt work! I am very sad and angry they wasted my hard earned money. User's recommendation: Definitely don’t use them.
