Paid, took my money and 4 weeks still no product and won’t give a refund.

Ordered my product 4 weeks ago, asked for a refund after no product and no response for 2 weeks. I tried to get a refund they said no, has to be within 2 days..damn I wish I never ordered. They said it's ready for shipment, but to be patient it will get delivered. I still have no tracking number. Can we file a complaint with the BBB to try and get our money back..DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT..SCAMMERS!! User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER..SCAMMERS!!
