Update by user Jul 08, 2021 I received a phone call the day after I made this post. I mentioned I sent an email to another employee. They said they would look into it. I followed up a few days later with another email. I still have not received another phone call or email. I still have no account to be able to sign in with. Original review posted by user Jun 08, 2021 I purchased my package for 2 weeks a year back in 2015. In 2017 my account was paid in full. I had contacted customer service when I still had money to pay and they were quick to help me. I have never used any of my weeks and I know have a destination I need to go to and I can't log on. I have tried to rest my username and password and my email address is not on file. I called their phone number and got a email to send too. I have emailed him and support 3 times each, no response. User's recommendation: No a fee years back yes. Now i would say it's a scam.
