I paid $5.00 for my first bag May 22. June 10 I got a shipping confirmation. My purchase still hasn't made it to DHL for shipping yet!!! I contacted customer service who said I'm sorry your upset! And that's it! That's all. They've done nothing to make this right. They said they were going to look into the shipping details, and I haven't heard back. It's been days! I messaged again. And still nothing ! DO NOT ORDER FROM LIP MONTHLY. THEY ARE A SCAM! User's recommendation: Do not order from lip monthly!!
