Paid for advance reservations- no record of now

We have been owners since 2009. Haven't used it as much as we would like. In October I reserved two units online and paid $300.00, to do so. I tried to confirm today and there is no record of me making reservations. The units I need are not available- they want us to stay in the old part on the second floor with no elevators. I explained & pleaded that my husband has a bad knee- he don't need to go up & down stairs. They were not able to help me. I have been planning to go since October 2017- She told me I had to call to reserve that far in advance (8 months?). I have called multiple times and been on hold for 30 plus minutes. Ridicules! Don't do it unless you enjoy being taken advantage of, wasting your money and staying in shabby condos. They always show the best ones with the elevators- that's not what I have ever enjoyed!
