Paid for 1-2 day shipping

I paid an extra $15 for 1-2 day shipping for an item I needed for a trip. Item wasnt delivered even on day 3. VERY inconvenient and I dont want the item anymore. I spent time and extra money and I am disappointed...I spend a lot of money with Saks. Very disappointed. Now I have to return item because I didnt have it on time
