paid account hasn’t worked properly for over a year!

I pay for an account that doesn't work And would appreciate a full refund for the past year. My tracks don't work on your user platform, it uploads and plays but most tracks (that were fine before) now glitch and stop. I have been a loyal customer for years and this past year your service have been really bad. In tern I don't think I should have been charged for a service that doesn't work correctly. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange how to solve this issue as I'm not very happy at the moment.
