Package not shipped

Placed an order on February 18th using my Shoprunner account as well (2 day shipping) and here it is March 1st and still no package or that it has shipped. Customer service unable to provide and details other than they experiencing delays with FedEx. Frustrated! This happened with my last order with them. DONT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THEM! Youre better off ordering from Sephora. User's recommendation: Don’t order directly from them!
