Bonjour, j ai annuler mon vol du 03 août de heraklion à Paris j ai reçu un document approuvant la suppression " cancelled" j ai jamais eu de remboursement et mon vol est annulé, je n arrive pas à vous joindre par téléphone est-ce que mon remboursement est pris en compte ??
