Overnight shipping not overnight

I ordered items on the 22nd and paid extra to expedite the items so I would receive them on the 24th according to the website. I have not received them as of today the 26th. When I called customer service they said there was a glitch with the website and it does not calculate weekends and it does not recognize weekends and holidays. Apparently overnight is based on business days. Unless I have a screenshot to prove the website said the 24th I am out of luck and paid extra for nothing.
