Overcharging & lack of response

I purchased some vitamins for delivery to Spain. The offer was buy One and the second one was 50% off. The product arrived but they had charged full price for the second unit. I emailed them and they sent a reply stating that they would get back to me. 5 weeks and 5 emails later... No reply or Refund. Stay away from this organization or be prepared to be ripped-off.
