I rang to upgrade my flight from economy to premium economy to sit with my partner. I was quote approx $500US over the phone, i agreed to this amount and thought that is what i was being charged as the person as the person did not know how to give me a price in AUS Dollars On the itinerary i received after the payment was taken showed i was charged incorrectly. The fare and total are different amounts on the receipt. I was supposed to be charged $2,810 CNY but have been charged $28,010. I am very disappointed with my service and experience booking with China Eastern. I have been over charged $25,200 CNY. I have called several times and noone will help me.
