Dear All , I am referring to my son's Jad El Zein online purchases from your company. Jad's Online ID is jado24cool. Please note that you have withdrawn a considerable amount of money from my Debit card between 5th of May and 21st of June which I think is some kind of a system error. Please review what your system has withdrawn and send back the surplus to me. Regards , Ramzi El Zein
