We went to the Popeyes in Yorkville, IL a few days ago waited in line because they wouldn't take your order in the store and you couldn't call it in either. After 45 minutes waiting in line it was our turn to order. I ordered the family dinner 16 pcs. Then was told chicken only no sides we are out of everything but chicken. We left and went to Kentucky Fried Chicken and they were fully stocked... Today 08/08/21 I called the Yorkville location to place an order if they had all the sides back in stock and was told they were back up and running normally now. So I ordered a 16 pcs meal it comes with 3 large sides + 8 rolls. The order was $39.99 my daughter went in placed the order and she ordered 2 more sides. They charged her $67.++ and didn't have coleslaw, wings, or the biscuits she paid extra for. I called the store and asked Mgr Leslie why was I charged so much because they didn't have large cartons for the sides, coleslaw and did not say there was additional charges for items the store said had on the phone but in the store did not. BAIT AND SWITCH is not the customers problem. I want a full refund for my purchase and the Mgr who was very rude to me on the phone handled by her manager. She refused to give me any information on the corporate side. But I know how to go through the internet for correct answers.
