Over charge wasnt sent the link to my phone to calculate the miles

I rented a van on 6/25/21 from Uhaul 18400 N.W 27Av i was told she was gonna send a link to my phone that i never recieved i told her instead of her resending the link she said it didnt matter thats how they calculate the miles noone came outside to check the miles on 6/25/21 or showed me which van it was i was given a broken key went back inside let them know the key was taped up i dont want no problems i was told they know that im good the van light on saying it needs a oil change the ztafff User's recommendation: Stay away when i returned the van on 6/26/21 she said thank you i said i need my receipt saying i return the truck i was told i went 100 miles over i said how yall know nobody check the miles before i left she ask me out the blue did you get a link i said no she had the nerve to say something wrong with my phone i said anit nothing wrong with my phone i was overcharged thats why they didnt send me the link to my phone the staff lazy unprofessonial and they was looking in the system checking the miles from the previous customer which is unacceptable behavior how i know how many miles the previous customer put on the van uhaul gets zero from me from that location i also called their corp office made a complaint said someone would follow up in three days they didnt the original receipt from 6/25/21 doesnt say van it says equipment the promissory note i was given on 6/26/21 for the reminder balance of $63.19 shows the van this was plan i was help by two different mangers on both days and as soon as i walked in on 6/26/21 all you heard sorry we having problems with our system a bunch of ***.
