I have not gotten any phone calls back, I have and am holding on the phone for hours and the representatives comes back and hangs phone up after I have held on line for hours like I am doing now the 8th of June at 8:56. I called at 8:00 and is holding on line for representative to come back to Phone. It is bad business no respect for customers. I have been a customer for 10 years. After today I am seeking phones services somewhere else..
