They refused to credit my card back because they said I took too long returning the clothes even though I was out of the country for a month and couldn't do it until I got back. Now they are "restructuring" and "rebranding," and I'm worried that they I'm going to lose several hundred dollars. Given this situation, I want a refund before they go belly up completely but I can't reach anyone at the company.
