I am not paying $180 for a cleaning fee when the car was dirty and smelled as if it was rained in.... especially when the car cut off on me in the middle of interstate 95.... nothing I’ve done to the car is worth $180 I will cancel my services and dispute all charges. This is completely unfair and i don’t agree not one bit... i was told by the Host Gilson to not report the problems because he’d have to go through a lot just to get the car back on the site to be rented again and i obliged just being a good person and hoping he was the same but both cars were horrible and i had to deal with tedious problems throughout my trip.. now if i was to be charged for over sleeping and coming a few hours after i was supposed to return the car that’s fine but $180 for a car that smelled like someone’s work shoes were left in and windshield wipers that scrapes the windows i will be damned if he charge me $180 to get the car fixed when it’s his problem to begin with
