Outrageous!

Very aggressive sales. My mother was tricked into skincare that she can't afford. Sweetly but very persistently they sold her some syringe for a hell of a lot of money. Terrible. There is no way to return it, they apparently have no refunds. I am very outraged and I am thinking about what serious action I will take.
