Speedconnect has the worst uptimes ever in my state. I have been unable to work for 7 straight days now without driving two hours into town. Because of COVID I'm supposed to work from home, I could get fired if they knew I was going in physically. Why? Speedconnect is down again. They can't even give an ETA of when it will be back up but had the audacity to bill me for the full amount! OMG!!! Customer service answers but can't do anything or give any ETA so 1 star. Want a better review, be a better company. User's recommendation: If you have ANY other option, take it and run!!!
