Our experience with the resort chain

Me and my wife have visited four properties of the brand at this point. Each resort we have visited featured a decent environment, crystal clean floors and furniture, but had somewhat tired quality of floors, walls, and appliances. We were told by the management that the rooms we booked were under the renovation, and that the quality rooms came with the higher tiers of the membership. Based on that, we would probably not go on booking with the service provider anymore.

The hotel itself is satisfactory, but the staff, especially at the front desk, are unacceptably rude and impolite and dare to raise their voices at me with annoyance when I simply ask what was said. This should not be so, the hotel is first and foremost a service.
