Called 3 times was told I needed to talk to customer service and would be transferred. Was hung up on / disconnected each time. VERY DISAPPOINTED in RTG after spending over $6000.00 on new furniture and cannot get issue taken care of with at least semi respectful customer service. I guess my RTG shopping has come to an end User's recommendation: NEVER.
