Organic Cleaners
I brought two (2) very new suits in to have them Cleaned and Pressed. Next day, picked them up, when I opened the plastic bag, to wear one of them, it was a "nightmare." The jackets were IRONED Flat with high iron SHINES, and flatened iron marks everywhere, as well as the trousers, they looked so bad, you could never wear them. I returned to the cleaners and he said he'd redo them; as he "didn't" know how it happened as they always use COVERS on their PRESSING MACHINES. WHAT? COVERS? Why would you use a pressing machine for business suits? These are suits NOT shirts!! Any experienced Cleaners knows that you never use the Pressor or a direct Iron on Jackets. Experienced cleaners use the "suzzie" apparatus whereby you place the jacket on a "model" called the "suzzie" and the steam blows the jacket up and steam/presses it back into shape. I asked him why would you use a Pressing Machine to do jackets? You weren't doing shirts. It was a two day argument and he blamed the damages on "the material" of the suits. Bottom line, they do not know how to properly press suits or use the right equipment, and I'd never return there again.
