I have ordered Lipozene as seen on TV twice since last March 2020. The TV ad states each order comes with 2 free Protein Bars. The first time I ordered there were not Protein bars included in the box. I tried and tried to call customer service. No luck. Always busy. Never could get in touch with a real person. Ok I reordered again on March 10th. Same thing shipments missing the protein bars. So they owe me 4 protein bars now. Again I tried to call. NO luck. The robo answer service is just a circle, press 1 for Lipozene press 2 for Metaboup, then no one ever picks up User's recommendation: Beware. You will never get hold of a customer service rep.
