Orders didn’t order

I'm being charged $1200.00 for orders I've received that I didn't even order. I have the orders but I don't have enough money to send them back. That's 30 or more pakages that I have to pay to return. I open the packages but I still have the merchandise not open or used. What can I do? I don't want to have a bad account with pch
