On May 16,2020 I requested a return shipping address for chair parts I mistakenly ordered for 174.94 I did not receive a response. I finally got response on July 11 with instructions to ship to 1172 Erie St Stratford, On N4Z A01 which I did. I paid for shipping and was supposed to get refund within 3 weeks. It is now Sept 16, 2020 and I haven't received a refund. I emailed them again and got a canned response about then letting me know when my order was complete. This had nothing to do with an order I just want my money back. User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company.
