They sent me two different shoes in two different sizes.I called customer service to r to resolve the problem and the customer representative was very rude he just told me to e-mail a picture of the shoes and I would get an e-mail with a case number and once they received the shoes a refund would be made to original form of payment I asked him was there a way I could get a gift card or a credit because the shoes was a gift to me he said no I ask to speak to someone else he stated he could transfer me so hung up and called back and the second representative was more pleasant and absans User's recommendation: I wouldnt order off the website just go and purchase it from the store.
