The next screen shows other items to purchase. I immediately checked my bank account and was charged $149.95 instead of $37.00. I phoned the Customer service and filed a written complaint at (1-84*-206-****) or (e-mail us at support@***.com). I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. The person who answered told me she could not locate my order; I insisted that she locate it and cancel my order immediately. She placed me on hold again and came back to say I cancelled it. I asked for a confirmation number; she said, "we don't have any". I asked when will my refund be credited back to my account? She stated in 3-5 days.
