Ordered a product that never arrived.

So I ordered a chaise with the expectation that I would receive it on 3/4 weeks. Which ultimately turned into 2months. After giving me an arrival date of 7/28 which never came and no communication. After calling on 7/29 about my order, I was then informed that a new delivery date was October 11th. This was mind-blowing and totally unacceptable, and what they offered me was my money back after all this time they held on to it, plus 10% off my next purchase. I have spent a lot of money with this company, very loyal customer. I just feel like they could have done better to offset my inconvenience. User's recommendation: Do not allow them to tell you product is on back order Say yourself the hassle and get a refund..
