I ordered 2 items that had no option to deliver to a locker, items were delivered to [censored]ty [censored] ghetto [censored]in apartment and stolen within the hour. I contacted Amazon 3 times about a refund and received multiple confirmations of a refund. I contact a fourth time after receiving NO refund to be immediately denied in an email stating some retarded [censored] shipping policy that its not their fault. I was [censored]ing lied to by multiple Amazon reps stating I would receive a refund which never came through and then denied even that after being a customer for years with no issues.
