I made an online order to be pickup curbside. At 5:21pm made it to Whataburger in Gilmer,Tx around 5:26pm. I waited 10 mins no one came out so i called the store the person on the phone couldn't find my order. When he did he came outside then went back in then came back out to tell me the apple pies weren't cooked and could i wait i said no because now it is going on 5:45pm. I ask for a refund and he came back out to tell me the manager said they couldn't give online refunds that i will have to call a 800 number. which i did now its gonna take 2 to 3 days before my money is back in my account.
