Order was sent to wrong address even though I emailed n was replied to less than 24 hrs after I ordered it and before it was filled still got sent to wrong place so I’m screwed out of my product and $

I ordered skincare pkg which I fixed the address twice cuz it kept changing my address to another one near by with the same street # it’s an error with their company. I contacted them less than 24 hours after I ordered it and they responded back once it was filled they couldn’t change it but that’s the thing it wasn’t fulfilled for days after that so they had the time to change it I told them if they couldn’t give me the tracking # so I could fix the address and intercept it but thy didn’t respond n give me one and now it’s been delivered to the wrong address sadly where no one lives so not only did I not get it but it was stolen off that porch as well so I’m out or $97 and it’s *** since there is as time to fix it and it was my kids bday present the company didn’t make an effort to help they are rich so why care even though we got them there it’s ridiculous
