Order still showing processing/monies taken from account

Placed order 6/24. Received email that order is being processed, expect shipping number in 2 to 4 days. June 28th. The entire amount of order debited from my bank account, still no shipping number. July 3, I check back on website, order is still being processed and no shipping number. I had not even left the warehouse. Jul 3rd, requested full refund. No product shipped! July 11th, No refund yet. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware!
