I order 3 tops on May 11th, 2021 based online. I received a confirmation of the order. 1 week later I received 1 item out of 3. I paid $16.49 for shipping for all of the items. Today is May 26th and I still have not received the remaining order. I placed this order to be wearing it on my trip to Europe. I went online to check what happened and it said backordered May 24th. I have never received a communication from Serengeti that the items were on backorder!. I then sent an email to their customer service to enquire what the status is and asking why nobody ever contacted me about this. The person was very unprofessional and after a long time finally told me that maybe the remaining order would ship at the end of July. That is more than 2 months. I would never have bought these items if I was informed about this issue. I am so upset because now I will not have these items for my trip like I had planned and I will get them in 2 months and I was made to pay delivery fees for something that is not even shipped as advertised. Very frustrating experience and especially the customer service. The woman didn't care or help or provide customer service at all.
