ORDER FULLFILMENT
ORDERED A GAME CONTROLLED IN NOV. HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. CALLED IN DEC AND WAS TOLD THEY CANCELLED IT DUE TO WAREHOUSE PROBLEMS. 2 MONTHS NOW AND 10 CALLS LATER NO REFUND NO PRODUCT. EVERY TIME WE CALL WE ARE TOLD IT IS BEING HANDLED BY HIGHER UPS. STILL NO UPDATE ON THE REFUND. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MICROSOFT STORE ON LINE AGAIN!! HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE!! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDS, IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH ANYONES TIME. CAN BELEIVE IT HAS TAKEN 2 MONTHS AND NO UPDATES ON THE REFUND. EXTREMEY UNPROFESSIONAL.
