I ordered 3 items from Saks Off 5th and only 2 items got delivered. I have called 5 times to get this resolved but all I have been given is a complete run around and a bunch of promises that was never delivered. Until finally one of your agents tells me that I will not be getting a refund. You took my money and did not deliver my order. Update: still havent heard anything from company. They definitely ignore your complaints. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from companies that uses borderfree.
