Order #9294060 LOST!

Per the recorded telephone information at the Haband organization, my order #9294060 was shipped out on May 6, 2010. I waited until May 18, 2010 and called Customer Service (the order trackers) at [protected]. One CSR gave me a tracking number that, when checked at the U.S. Postal Service website was "not found". I called her again on May 18, 2010 and got the same incorrect tracking number PLUS a number for FEDEX that was "not found" on the FEDEX webpage. The next day I went to my local post office with the US Postal Service tracking number. The supervisor at my local post office told me there was "no record" of this tracking number. I came home and again called Customer Service (order trackers). The CSR again gave me this incorrect tracking number as what was in their system for my order. When I told her that the local post office had no record, this CSR told me that I will have to wait until June 6, 2010 to either get my order re-shipped or get a refund. Unbelievable! Haband used to be a good and reliable company. What is happening here! Anyway, I have sent out a number of e-mails also since then asking for my shipment re-sent NOW by next day shipment. We'll see! Sure don't want to have to call the Better Business Bureau and the US Postmaster General!
