I order this my mistake, I never used it, I delete off of my computer, plus I don't have a smartphone, I am too old to start learning to use a smartphone. All I am asking why can't I get a refund, I received an email that my refund was rejected, and I don't understand why. Please reply back. Thank you have a great day Bill Yates
