I ordered a corset sand it was too small. I returned it and had to pay approximate $20 in shipping to get it back to them so they can send me a larger size. I emailed them and sent them the tracking number and asked if they can make sure I get the replacement in about a week. The answer was the only way I could get in time was to order another one and get a refund on the one I sent back. Not I would have to shell out for more shipping to get it in time. I did the math and the shipping would cost as much as the corset to do it there way. Needless to say I will not have the corset for my event and they are not willing to do anything to help me out. This is poor costumer service. I order a lot thing online. And items sometime are smaller or larger than the size you think they are. Most companies pay the shipping to return items. And almost all companies I have dealt with will help you out if you call them and explain the situation. Orchard corset is NOT one of those companies.
