COMPLAINT....... Over the past several months i have got notice of bills for Anghami service. Three times i have gone to Orange office in Mecca Mall. When I complained about this , they dialed some number and told me the service of Anghami was now canceled. Today I had to lose about ten minutes (recorded by you) on phone after you answered till someone talked with me. Again I stated that I do not want Anghami but it keeps returning against my will. I have been charged for several months of Anghami against my wishes and in spite of my three office visits and a long time on phone at about 1815 hours this evening. If this cannot be fixed after all my complaints snd all your amssurances, I will cancel my land line and my pre paid card service. I am frustrated. Thank you. RSVP. Mary Rabadi.
