I had by a oppo A9 2020.Now after a software update it's finger print scanner not supporting.i visit service center for this issue with in warranty time period but after inspection technician call me and tell me finger print scanner cord was damaged! I ask him how it's possible? He don't reply, he tell me it's costing Rs 666.99 to replace. I tell him "It's on Warrenty period, why do I pay money?" He reply that- " company will not replace this you have to purchase" I just lol and tell them for report. Then I start my phone it's okay but there is no movement in scanner. This this oppo. Shame..
