DIFFICULT DHL PARTNER
COMPLETE SILENCE, DETERMINED DHL PARTNER Our business relies entirely on shippers from overseas customers. DHL has always been a reliable and punctual delivery service, but not when shipments are handed over to you, Itella. Once upon a time, our customers' shipments from abroad simply "hang" for weeks, neither by calling, by message box nor by e-mail - then they have to listen to their reservations about incomplete information from customers, even though everything was filled in and handed over to DHL with wind up (!) When negotiating delivery for a specific day, the courier does not even arrive at the property, calls and if the person does not answer (either sleeps at 7:00 in the morning, or at work, or outside the reception area... ), first of all, does not send a voice message or a text message, even more so - do not try to call again the same day, and worst of all - do not come to the address and do not try to deliver the shipment (!). It cannot be compared to DPD, even Australian pasts works more quickly - sends a text message about the period of time in which the parcel will be delivered if no one is home - leaves a sign where the parcel can be obtained or the delivery date can be changed. If you see a shipment arriving in Australia from DHL - don't wait - call itella and talk about the date, BECAE Itella literally - does NOT do anything to deliver the shipment and waits for the customer to call, negotiate.
