Ever since OnStar has updated back in March or April, I have not been able to use my phone to operate the OnStar services. I have called and called and nothing has been done to correct the issue, they say that they are working on the problem and that they will call me back within an hour, but I have yet to receive a phone call back andthhappens all the t User's recommendation: Onstar sucks.
