Online Order Issue

Freezer ordered, order confirmed, truck delivery date given and then the issues started. Email received stating a problem but NO ONE in Customer Service seems to be able to access the information to answer my questions about the order. Told on numerous calls/chat to wait 24 hours and call again. Day 5 and still getting the round around. I need to have a delivery date confirmed or a very good explanation as to what the problem isSears reputation is on the line. Awaiting a prompt and correct reply. User's recommendation: Avoid Sears.
